Hi. I’m kristin.

I’m a Creative Director with almost 15 years experience focused on design and brand strategy and project management. I have a strong background in both B2B and B2C markets, with a wide skillset including digital marketing (email, social, and display), web design and management, branding, events, and print/direct mail.

Currently, I work as Director, Brand Design at Tinuiti, a performance marketing firm disrupting the digital marketing space. I’ve worked on the Tinuiti brand since day one and have been leading it’s evolution for the past two years.

I’m an huge advocate for remote work—as an early adopter of remote work, I made the leap in 2016, I’ve seen the highs and lows, but have proven to be more productive and impactful, while learning how to build a remote team culture. I’m also a loud advocate for working mothers, especially those who are struggling in the state of today’s world that make it so challenging. As a mom of two toddlers, Rose and Luke, and I am a huge advocate for women’s careers and figuring out the balance and flexibility to do it all. (It’s hard, y’all!)

I’m located on the beautiful Central Coast of California in my college home town, San Luis Obispo, California. I enjoy the year round nice weather, the morning fog, and being able escape to the ocean at a moment’s notice.
